VIOLATIONS of the policies below by NON Rotarians may result in legal action.
It is the policy of Rotary District 6950 that personal information , including, but not limited to, contact information, personal addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses are the private property of the individual within this Directory and the District is loaned the use of this information. The purpose of this policy is to protect the use of and privacy of our member's data by preventing the distribution of this information to other than Rotarians and to prevent any solicitation to members within this directory with out permission from the individual or the current District Governor.
* Members may use this directory to contact other Rotarians on a "one-to-one" basis for Rotary related purposes.
* Individual data posted to this Directory may not , under any circumstances, be sold, distributed, or used for any non Rotary related purposes.
* Members may not , under any circumstances, distribute personal data information in this Directory to any person or entity, public or private, without the expressed written consent of each member whose information is being distributed.
* Members or clubs may not use any information in this Directory to mass contact other members within this directory for any reason without the consent of the current District Governor.
VIOLATIONS of these policies may result in official action taken by the District against the offending club or individual.
